Service Description

10-Week Girl's Only No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Program. Our resident brown belt, Candice Footman, will be teaching basic self defense - utilizing modern jiu-jitsu techniques such as takedowns, escapes, arm locks and choke holds.

Cancellation Policy

Students must be on time 10 minutes before class begins. All students must have a parent signed waiver to participate in the class. No refunds.
